The location of this hotel was okay, just one block from the nearest beach. the neighborhood was noisy, with lots of traffic and people talking loudly. the room was small, poorly lit, and had a stale smell to it. the bathroom was cramped and had no toiletries provided. the breakfast was basic, with limited options and stale bread. Despite the website stating free WiFi, I had difficulty connecting, and it only worked intermittently.

The staff was unaccommodating and unfriendly, providing no assistance when I needed help with my luggage.

The staff at this hotel were great! Always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. the rooms were clean and had lovely, handmade decorations from different regions of Brazil. I also enjoyed the free wifi and air conditioning. the hotel's location was perfect - just one block from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants.
